April was such a weird month! With the pandemic, we decided to drive straight across the country and quarantine in Kenny's parent's cabin in Idaho. We drove to Ohio for a few days to Luke's, drove to Montana to pick up a car, and drove through the mountains to Idaho. The drive was GORGEOUS. Staying in the cabin was magical as we were surrounded by mountains, forest, and sparkling snow in 50-60 degree weather. We had a beautiful Easter and spent lots of time in the cozy cabin in front of the fire and outside enjoying the amazing views. We then left for a week in Montana where the kids played in a beautiful yard full of sunshine and enjoyed their grandparents. And then a couple days again at Luke's where we hung out and played before coming home. We were literally gone the entire month and it was fantastic. It's nice to be in our own space, but we already miss the cabin.
