Moments to Remember: June 2017

Our first full month of summer was active, adventurous, and fun! Eliza, Joseph, and I tried a few new parks. One included a train ride through a forest and a carousel. Another was a fairy tale farm with little houses and animals. We've spent time at our local playground where Joseph has experienced the swing (he LOVES it). We discovered the fountain walking distance from our house where we've cooled off and bought ice cream or a donut. Eliza had her first swim and we are so ready to try out our new neighborhood pool once we get the paperwork in.
We got to see lots of family this month! Lauren and Philip came to visit. We had a great weekend exploring with them and Eliza was sad to see Aunt Lo and Prince Philip leave. We also got to meet up and have dinner with Kenny's cousin Debbie and her family. So nice seeing family!
Kenny and I took up a new hobby, crabbing, and have had fun exploring wharfs and fishing for crab. We also found Kenny's ancestor, Thomas Aycock, in a mausoleum this month.
We are still making our preschool videos and hope to start releasing them in the late summer. The book that we have been working on is ALMOST DONE! I finished some edits from other people and Kenny is going to begin typesetting this weekend. We are so excited to see it all together with Sara's amazing artwork.
Yay for two more months of summer!
